Up to 10 guests. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is always rented as a whole house, with no shared spaces.

Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is before 11:00. If you need flexibility, please let us know in advance.

Yes, up to two dogs per booking if you tell us in advance. Other animals or a higher number need our approval. There is no pet surcharge and no additional deposit. The house has an enclosed patio bordered by a stone wall and a wooden gate. Dogs may not go on beds, sofas or upholstered furniture; we provide food and water bowls and waste bags.

Yes, a car is essential. Lores is a small mountain village and the best way to explore the area is by car.

Yes. There is free parking next to the house.

Yes. The house has central heating, two fireplaces and firewood included.

Yes. The house has WiFi and Smart TV.

Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchenware for up to 10 guests.

Cervera de Pisuerga is around 15 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station and restaurants. We recommend doing your main food shopping before arrival.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

No charge if you cancel 15 calendar days or more before arrival. Between 8 and 14 days, 25% is retained; with 7 days or less, 100% is retained. Cancellation periods are calculated using the arrival date shown in your booking confirmation as the reference. The full detail is in the booking terms.

Private celebrations among registered guests, such as a birthday or an anniversary, are welcome. We do not accept parties or events open to third parties, weddings, communions or organised stag or hen parties. Visitors need prior authorisation and no more than 10 people may be on the property at any time. For a quiet working meeting, please ask us in advance.
