Offers

Offers that may apply to your stay

In addition to our standard rates, some dates and types of stay may qualify for special conditions. Select your dates in the calculator and, where applicable, the offer will be applied automatically to the estimated price.

Long-stay discounts

The longer you stay, the better the conditions may be. The calculator will automatically apply the corresponding discount when the selected dates and length of stay meet its conditions.

  • · 7 to 9 nights: 10% off the accommodation.
  • · 10 nights or more: 15% off the accommodation.

Not available during Christmas, Easter or other specifically designated high-demand periods. A stay that includes a single public holiday or long weekend can still qualify for the discount. It cannot be combined with other monetary discounts.

Extend your weekend

From 1 November to 31 March, if your stay includes the Friday and Saturday nights and you add the previous Thursday or the following Sunday, that additional night is 50% off. It requires a minimum of 3 nights and does not apply on excluded holidays and special periods.

The calculator detects it automatically when your dates meet its conditions.

Romantic getaway

A special stay for two, with thoughtful details to enjoy the house and its surroundings as a couple, included at no extra cost when the stay meets its conditions. Explore the available options, conditions and dates.

Monetary offers are not combined with each other: if your dates qualify for more than one, the calculator automatically applies the most favourable. The Romantic Getaway is an experience with no discount of its own, so it can accompany either of them whenever its conditions are met.

Date-dependent offers will be reflected automatically in the estimate when their conditions are met.

    Good to know

    • The house is rented as a whole, not per room.
    • A car is strongly recommended.
    • Check-in from 16:00 · Check-out before 11:00. Different times can be requested and are confirmed in writing.
    • Private celebrations among guests are fine; parties or events open to third parties are not.
    • Up to two dogs per booking with prior notice, at no extra charge.
    • Maximum capacity: 10 people, including any visitors.

    Payment, deposit and cancellation

    The enquiry involves no payment. Once we confirm availability we send a written offer, and only then do these terms apply.

    Payment

    • 25% of the total price to confirm the booking.
    • The remaining 75% seven calendar days before arrival.
    • If the booking is confirmed seven days or less before arrival, 100% is paid at confirmation.

    Security deposit

    • A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking, separate from the accommodation price and paid with the balance.
    • Refunded within 48 hours of check-out if no issue is found.

    Cancellation

    • 15 calendar days or more before arrival: no charge.
    • Between 8 and 14 days: 25% of the total price.
    • 7 days or less: 100%.
