The open kitchen with central island flows naturally into the living and dining area, creating a comfortable, social space for everyday meals or special occasions. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The room is centred on a large dining table that seats 10, made for unhurried lunches and long evening meals. Wide windows bring in natural light and frame views over the river and the mountains around the house.
In the evening, warm lighting creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The room is completed with a comfortable lounge area with deep sofas and a Smart TV.
